The Dance Of Anger - Anger Management
The idea that rage can be 'managed' is a common misunderstanding. That is not, however, the case. Anger is like a fireball; it is bound to burn once out.
Let's say you feel the urge to sneeze. Can you make it stop? Similar to this, when anger arrives, it comes full force and doesn't let up. Similar to a roaring hurricane, the strong currents had already carried you far and wide before you could even attempt to "control" things.
Well, there are a few techniques that, with consistent practice, can help you get to the state where those sudden bouts of burning rage begin to lose ground- albeit slowly.
Deep Breathing
The first method is to religiously adhere to a morning and evening routine in which you sit still and motionless for 20 to 30 minutes with your spine straight. Continue to breathe deeply while remaining comfortably seated. Long, calm, and gentle breaths should be taken in and exhaled. Try to make the inhalation and exhalation of equal length. Thus, if you inhale to a count of 5, exhale to a count of 5. Inhale through the nose while exhaling through the mouth if your mind is very disturbed or restless. It is best to breathe slowly and smoothly so that there is no sound made as you breathe in and out.
It's a rather easy workout. Nothing technical is discussed here, and comprehension is not at all challenging. But guess what? This straightforward workout will initially seem difficult. Why? because the mind is accustomed to going berserk. It will continue to veer away from the breath exercise. The secret is to keep practicing even when you want to give up.
Without getting distracted by ideas, simply observe your breath as it comes and goes. You'll find that when you begin to observe the breath, it gradually becomes deeper and the busy mind begins to calm down.
OM Chanting
Chanting the mantra "OM" while cross-legged in a comfortable position is another method for achieving a peaceful and quiet mind. Take a deep breath in and recite the word "OM" repeatedly as you let it out.
Keep your eyes closed, your spine straight, and your entire attention on the breath. Keep an eye out for when it moves to the stomach and then the chest. As you breathe in and out, pay attention to how your chest and stomach area expands and contracts.
Your neurons are calmed by the resonant vibrations of the OM mantra. At a renowned university in the United States, a study on this topic was undertaken. An EEG was recorded as the person recited OM. The graph showed that OM vibrations had a positive impact on the brain's verbal, affective, and cognitive regions when the exercise lasted for more than 20 minutes. The blood pressure and pulse rate both improved as a result.
Anger is like burning coal that seethes one's own mind. What makes us desire to hurt ourselves, then? The habit of worrying and seething will start to gently go away if you perform these easy morning and evening rituals, and your mental concentration will also start to become better. The benefits will gradually become apparent in the body, and the mind will become calm. And a calm mind is best suited to handle life's ups and downs.

TOGETHER WITH ZBIOTICS
Feeling horrible is, well, horrible
No need to feel horrible, especially after a night of drinking. That’s because of ZBiotics Pre-Alcohol Probiotic Drink: a tiny bottle that packs a huge performance punch.
Here’s how it works: when you drink, alcohol produces acetaldehyde, which is not your friend in the morning. But, when you have a ZBiotics Pre-Alcohol Probiotic before your first adult beverage, it breaks down the acetaldehyde while you drink. And that means you can have fun without paying for it later.

WEEKLY ASTROLOGY
As the Sun shifts through the hopeful and adventurous fire sign of Sagittarius, the Moon comes to align with it on December 12, 2023. Right now, the Moon is completely hidden from our point of view on Earth. There's space, stillness, solitude, and darkness. Additionally, there is promise. As though we could start over on a blank canvas, choose any direction, any color, and elicit any emotion. Everything is open to us. Greetings from the new Sagittarius Moon.
On December 13, 2023, Mercury will start its last backward rotation of the year a few hours after the new Moon.
Astrologically speaking, retrogrades are times to "re" things—review, revise, reframe, retrace, rejuvenate, and realign, for example. They serve as a holy stop to bring us back to our truth, our inner guidance, and our consciousness. Amidst the external movement, commotion, activity, and advice, they provide a window of time for us to re-establish our connection with our priorities. They also encourage us to reflect on the journey we have just taken, serving as a constant reminder that there is always more to see, more viewpoints to encounter, and more wisdom to be discovered by introspection.
Mercury is the sign that represents our thoughts, viewpoints, inner stories, and communication; on the other hand, Capricorn is a sign that challenges us to reach our full potential. Under the influence of the earth element, it exists in the material world and refers to sensible, disciplined, productive conduct.

CRYSTAL OF THE DAY
MANTRA OF THE WEEK
Lalitha Sahasranama
Lalitha Sahasranamam is a stotra from the Brahmanda Purana in the Chapter on the dialogue between Hayagreeva and Agasthya. Hayagreeva is Vishnu’s body with a horse head and is believed to be a repository of knowledge. Lalitha Sahasranamam has three parts. The first is called ‘poorva bhaga’ the middle part called ‘stotra’ has 1000 words and the last part is called ‘uttara bhaga’.
The word Lalitha means ‘take it easy’ or ‘play easy’. By singing this we develop mental maturity so that we can take all the difficulties easily and deal with them with renewed energy.
