TODAY'S LEARNINGEliminate Fatigue

Everybody has gone through typical fatigue episodes as a natural reaction to overwork, mental tension, boredom, or lack of sleep. Getting enough rest, moving around, reducing tension, and eating right can typically help with this common experience of low energy and/or drive. Due to the way that yoga cultivates prana (life force energy), reduces tension, and activates the parasympathetic nerve system, it is a particularly effective remedy for exhaustion. (rest and renew response). Here are some recommendations:

1. Stretch your body

According to studies, practicing yoga increases one's vitality. Therefore, it is best recommended to perform a few easy sessions for a brief period of time when you feel fatigued.

2. Have sattvic food

The foods that are sattvic have a strong prana. (life force). Sattvik food is a simple and all-natural remedy for tiredness because it gives you a new, energizing feeling. It includes seasonal foods, dairy products, nuts, seeds, oils, ripe veggies, legumes, whole cereals, and plant-based proteins in addition to fresh fruits, vegetables like pumpkin and bottle gourd, and seasonal foods.

Your odds of experiencing tiredness can be decreased by increasing the proportion of sattvic foods in your diet.

3. Increase water consumption.

One of the potential reasons of tiredness is dehydration. Two gallons per day is the usual recommendation for adequate water consumption. Verify that you fulfill this everyday prerequisite. If not, increasing your water consumption is advised to combat tiredness.

4. Do yoga and pranayama

Your body's prana (life energy) balance rises when you practice yoga and pranayama. They also aid in reducing tension, which is one of the factors contributing to tiredness. They are a fantastic tiredness remedy due to their many benefits.
