LEARN TODAY:
Finding Your Feminine Energy
Like everything else in life, our feminine energy's power has long been minimized or disregarded. Seen as over-emotional, too gentle, too instinctive, we have been encouraged to harness, and value, only the more masculine energy within us – logical, focused, driven, protective.
EASY MEANS OF RECONNECTING
SACRED SPACES: Create a space at home where you can meditate and reflect. Make an altar; all you need is a candle, crystal, or picture.
SET INTENTIONS: Commit to listening to and getting to know your sacred feminine in your daily journal, even if it's just one line.
BE STILL: Sit with a cup of herbal tea for around 20 minutes. Tea is an amazing ally for awakening the spirit, grounding the body, and coming home to yourself.
BREATHE DEEPLY: Start slowly, five or so minutes if simple breathing practices. Online resources abound. Make a list and go over it every day.
CONNECT WITH OTHERS: Share this process of discovery with a friend. Once you've completed your morning practice, text each other.
HARNESSING THE POWER
You will also need to learn to listen to your intuition, which is the purest expression of your feminine energy, while you go through this process of reestablishing your connection with the ancient wisdom inside.
Intuition is something that we all have, we just don’t trust ourselves enough sometimes to listen to it. Women can access intuition easier than males do; all we need to do is follow our internal compass and trust the feelings in our bodies. When we go with how we feel, we can never get it wrong. We simply need to learn to trust ourselves.
PILLAR 1: CHAKRAS AND ENERGY
The body is made up of seven chakras, or "wheels" in Sanskrit, which are centers of energetic interaction. Connecting with these points helps us to understand the messages our bodies are sending us, our intuition, instinctive and powerful. "We can hear the messages our gorgeous bodies are sending us from the inside out when we understand our chakras. Where do we need to heal, let go, and re-align?"
PILLAR 2: IS MINDSET MASTERY
The chatter in our heads becomes even more audible if we have mastered the art of understanding and listening to our bodies. These elements of fear, limiting beliefs, boundaries, and comparison manifest in the things we tell ourselves, but now, knowing what they are, we can begin to identify triggers, become more self-aware and rework that negative self-talk into a positive.
PILLARS 3 & 4: ARE THE LAWS OF ATTRACTION AND THE POWER OF RITUAL
Understanding how our positive mindset and beautiful self-development rituals can open our minds to attracting even more magic and opportunity into our lives. We attract things and other beings that vibrate at the same frequency as ourselves.
PILLAR 5: BRINGS IT BACK TO INTUITION
It's time to delve deeper and establish a connection with your spiritual side once you've mastered the art of listening. Believing in the inner guidance of your spirit...moving toward the things that give you life and ignite a spark in your belly. Tarot, meditation, spirit guides, and the pendulum are examples of spiritual tools that can help you become even more self-aware so that you can begin making heart- and soul-led decisions about your life and business.

POSITIVE NEWS OF THE DAY
The Polish government has ordered the state-run company that manages the nation’s woodlands to “get saws out of Polish forests”, delivering on a campaign promise following October’s elections.
“We have decided to stop logging in the most valuable forest areas. It’s time to get saws out of the Polish forests,” new climate minister Paulina Hennig-Kloska told a news conference on Monday.
The measures affect 10 ancient woodlands, representing just 1.5% of state-managed woodlands. Nevertheless, Hennig-Kloska said the decision is a first step towards further limiting logging in such woodlands.
DID YOU KNOW?
Meditation Is Better Than Blood Pressure Medication
In 2008, Dr. Randy Zusman, a doctor at the Massachusetts General Hospital, asked patients suffering from high blood pressure to try a meditation-based relaxation program for three months. These were patients whose blood pressure had not been controlled with medication. After meditating regularly for three months, 40 of the 60 patients showed significant drops in blood pressure levels and were able to reduce some of their medication. The reason? Relaxation results in the formation of nitric oxide which opens up your blood vessels.

Noose Pose (Pasasana)
What is Noose Pose?
Noose pose, or Pasasana in Sanskrit, is an intermediate twist. From a squatting position, the practitioner twists to the side and binds their arms around their legs. It's a deeper twist than matsyendrasana and brings even greater flexibility to the spine and shoulders.
Instructions
Begin in a squat with the feet together.
Exhale and twist to the right.
Tuck the left upper arm outside of the right thigh and bend the elbow, reaching the forearm around the legs.
Reach the right arm behind the torso. Clasp the hands. Gaze to the right.
Breathe while holding the pose.
Exhale and untwist. Change sides.
