Ground, Heal, & Balance Your Energy Levels

1. Connect to the universal flow of energy.

You can access an endless supply of vitality, abundance, and creativity by making a connection with the cosmic flow of energy. The easiest way to do this is to envision a grounding cord springing down through your seat, flowing down through the floor into the ground, and connecting it with the Earth’s center.

Breathe into it as you begin to sense that connection, allowing the energy of the Earth to re-enter through the same channel you just used. flowing up through the bottoms of your feet, the tops of your legs, the center of your chest, your arms, your neck, and the rest of your body.

Allow this energy beam to cascade down from the top of your head. Imagine the energy flowing back into the Earth like a cascade. This simple visualization fully activates and connects your energetic body to the flow of life and universal energy.

2. Cleanse and brighten your aura.

Your aura can show imbalance, exhaustion, or the absorption of any bad external energy from your surroundings. Like everything else in our universe, our auric body is made up of particles, and the vibrations of these particles correspond to various symbols and hues.

Imagine a strand of Christmas lights. Until they are plugged into a power source, they will be off. When your aura is foggy, it's because there's a lack of energetic flow, and your colors aren’t as vibrant. They appear foggy and emit a static vibration that prevents you from thinking clearly.

To restore your auric body and revive its colors, take a seat and bring the fingers of your left hand together into a point, coning them together. Place the conical fingers directly above your forehead, on the right side of your hairline.

Cone your fingers in the right hand, and bring them to the hairline on the left side of the head. Change which arm is on top by placing the left forearm over the right forearm and bringing the coned fingers back to the right side's hairline. Hold this position for 15 seconds. Hold for another 15 seconds.

As you utilize this technique, each energy center becomes hooked in with the other, lighting up your entire energetic body. Each energy center is like its own Christmas light. By energetically rewiring all of your organs, muscles, and limbs together, this approach triggers that flow.

3. Work through stagnant pain.

Where are you holding pain in your body? Take a few deep breaths and focus on one area that's causing you trouble. Start to send your breath into this space and ask yourself, what is this pain trying to tell me?

Envision the pain moving out of your body and into a seat right in front of you (manifesting into a unique body of its own). Allow a cascade of brilliant white light sprinkled with golden flecks to descend and encompass both your body and the pain's body as it sits there in front of you.

The body of the pain is engulfed and saturated in this intense white light, which causes it to dissipate. Invite that new, uplifting, and fresh energy to return to your body (to fill the space your pain once occupied) while you continue to breathe here until the agony completely fades away, leaving just the bright white light with golden specks.

Remember to pay attention to the message that the pain first gave to you. You can prevent pain from returning only by treating the underlying issue.

What is Lotus Peacock Pose?

Lotus peacock pose, or padma mayurasana in Sanskrit, is an advanced arm balance. With the legs folded into lotus, the practitioner supports their bodyweight on their upper arms while balancing on their hands. The pose improves strength, focus and balance.

Instructions

  • Begin sitting in lotus pose.

  • Place the hands on the floor near the feet, fingers pointing toward the body. Rock onto the knees and readjust the hands as needed.

  • Bend the elbows and rest the torso on the upper arms.

  • Shift forward and lift the knees from the floor.

  • Breathe while holding the pose.
