Healing Adrenal Fatigue With Ayurveda
One of the most common signs that something is wrong is feeling exhausted.
When people can't deal with stress well, they get tired physically, mentally, and emotionally. This can lead to health problems and a lower quality of life. Ayurvedic methods, on the other hand, can help people with this condition get better.
Ayurvedic perspective
Vata energy is at the core of adrenal fatigue.
Prana vata moves up into the head and helps the nervous system work, while apana vata moves down into the pelvis and helps the reproductive, adrenal, and elimination systems work.
During times of stress, however, the apana vata moves to the head to give the prana vata more support. If this keeps happening, the reproductive, adrenal, and elimination systems get worn down, which can cause fatigue and other health problems.
Symptoms of Adrenal fatigue
Constant tiredness
Inability to cope with stress
Low libido and sexual interest
Lower back pain around the kidneys area
Foggy mind and irritation
Craving for sweet foods
Yawning and laziness
Recurrent infections
Wake up very tired
Ayurvedic Management
Taking care of adrenal fatigue requires a healthy diet and lifestyle changes. First, though, you need a cellular detox (panchakarma) to get rid of the toxins (ama) in your body. During an ayurvedic consultation, your age and physical strength will be used to figure out what your body needs. You go through a cleansing program, then treat your body with herbal supplements and make changes to your diet and lifestyle for optimal health.

📰 Positive News Of The Day!
The ‘bubble barriers’ stop plastic pollution before it reaches the sea.
With the help of bubbles, a Dutch company run by sailors and surfers has come up with a way to stop trash in its tracks.
The Great Bubble Barrier (GBB) uses a perforated tube on riverbeds to make a bubble curtain that pushes trash to the bank so it can be picked up.
And for such a low-tech method, it has worked surprisingly well, catching pieces of plastic as small as 1mm and stopping up to 86% of flotsam in inland waters before it gets to the ocean.
It's a solution that's desperately needed. More than 8 million tons of plastic end up in the oceans every year. Sixty to eighty percent of this plastic comes from rivers.
Ayurvedic Winter Elixir Drink Recipe
In the dark, cold depths of winter, there is nothing better than a warm, soothing drink to help fight the cold and bring a sense of comfort and delight. It can be as easy as a warm glass of water with a slice of lemon, a quick cup of ginger tea, or a mug of chai that is rich and creamy.
Ashwagandha makes you feel warm and grounded, while cardamom and ginger help your blood flow and digestion. Tulsi is one of the best herbs for keeping your lungs strong and healthy. It is also known for its sattvic qualities, which help you feel calm and clear-headed.
Ingredients
2 cups water
4 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder
2 teaspoons tulsi powder
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
½ lemon squeezed
Raw honey to taste
Instructions
Heat the water in a pot on the stove. Mix in the ginger, ashwagandha, tulsi, and cardamom, and let the tea come to a rolling boil. Take it off the stove and let it cool. Mix in the fresh lemon juice and just a touch of honey for taste.
