Healing Feminine Energy
Do Chandra Bhedana Pranayama, or breathing through the left nostril. The lunar energy channel of the body, Iḍā Nāḍī, is feminine in nature, and can be activated by inhaling through the left nostril. To do this breathing exercise, block the right nostril and breathe in through the left, then block the left nostril and breathe in through the right. Do this cycle again and again for 1 to 3 minutes. This pranayama will calm the mind and make the body feel cool and still.
Love, unconditionally. Love is the most powerful force in the universe, and this ever-growing force comes from the divine feminine. Loving someone without conditions means seeing the spirit in their heart and honoring them as much as we can. When we love, we give and receive blessings at the same time. In the same way that Krishna gets his energy from Radha's love for him, sharing love with the world gives both the lover and the loved one a boost. The world is dominated by solar energy right now, so to restore the balance between masculine and feminine, we must restore love.
Selflessly serve a cause. A mother gives without wanting anything in return. We can develop this divinely feminine quality by thinking of the world as our metaphorical child, for whom we want to provide love, food, and a good place to grow. Try helping out at a shelter, giving lessons at the library, or donating something for a good cause.
Be kind to yourself and to other people. Try not to judge, to listen well, and to forgive. Chose to hear and see others and accept them for who they are. Be flexible in your disciplines when you can't be as precise as you want to be. Rest when you need to, and see the good in the things that aren't perfect.
Chant a mantra. To honor and call on the energy of the divine mother, you can say the mantra "Jai Ma" 108 times in the early morning. Mala beads can be used to count how many times this mantra is said.

About: Reiki is the healing therapy created by a Japanese Buddhist named Mikao Usui over a hundred years ago, is based on a simple spiritual principle: we are all guided by the same invisible life force that controls our physical, mental and emotional well-being "being". When the energy flows freely, we can draw on reserves of unknown power. When you come across blockages (often caused by negative thoughts, untreated trauma or stress overload), we operate at a sub-optimal level.
This may seem like voodoo magic to some, even non-believers who have spent an hour with a skilled Reiki master (as they are called) have felt a positive change of some kind. Many describe Reiki sessions as a combination, a light touch of energy over the body as calming or rooted, for others, seems like an emotional realignment.
These books are a comprehensive guide for Reiki students, practitioners and Masters. Learn about Reiki, a universal energy that has been used successfully all over the world to heal emotional, physical and energetic imbalances. With this guide you will have detailed support as you learn how to perform Reiki on yourself and others while exploring detailed information from Reiki Levels I, II and Master. This guide will be helpful for individuals wishing to explore Reiki before taking a formal class. It can also be used as a manual within Reiki courses. Those wishing to review their understanding from their Reiki courses will also find this manual helpful. This book will serve as a trusted companion on your amazing journey with Reiki.

DID YOU KNOW?
Value spontaneity and play
Let's be honest: We don't value vacation, connection, downtime, or rest as much as we should! We're overworked (over-masculinized), and therefore don't often experience the spontaneous joys of life.
Too many of us wait until our next vacation to feel relaxed and playful again. Don't wait that long! You can have mini-vacations every day. Prioritize downtime and time for relaxation. Read books, listen to music, do yoga, and simply enjoy the moment. When you get out of your overworked state, you'll feel more like yourself again.

Heron Pose (Krounchasana)
What is Heron Pose?
Heron pose, or krounchasana in Sanskrit, is an unusual seated forward fold. Rather than the head moving toward the leg, the leg is lifted and drawn toward the head. The pose offers similar yet even greater effects than seated forward bend.
Instructions
Sit with the legs outstretched. Bend the right leg back so that the calf rests next to the thigh.
Exhale and bend the left knee toward the chest, then grab hold of the foot with both hands. Extend the leg upward.
Inhale, then exhale and draw the torso toward the leg and the leg toward the torso.
Breathe while holding the pose.
Exhale and release. Change sides.
