TODAY'S LEARNING
Healing Power Of Ayurveda
Ayurveda, a time-tested ancient system of medicine, is not just a healing method; it’s a way of life. It takes a holistic approach to health, focusing on maintaining a balance between body, mind, and spirit. Ayurveda products, based on thousands of years of wisdom and practical health application, help maintain this equilibrium.
The Magic of Ayurveda
Unlike conventional medication, Ayurveda products are derived from nature, made from a variety of herbs, roots, leaves, fruits, bark, and seeds. They encompass a vast range of health areas, from boosting immunity and managing stress to promoting digestion and balancing hormones. The inherent strength of these products lies in their ability to target the root cause of an issue, rather than merely addressing symptoms.
Their healing power is based on the Ayurvedic philosophy of balance among the body’s three primary life energies, or doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Each Ayurveda product is designed to nurture and restore this balance, enhancing the body’s natural capacity to heal.
The Wide Spectrum of Ayurveda Products
Ayurveda items include herbal supplements, oils, powders, and teas. Some of the commonly used Ayurveda products include Ashwagandha for stress relief, Brahmi for cognitive function, Turmeric for inflammation, and Triphala for digestion. These natural medicines have been successful for ages, and modern science supports their medicinal claims.
Incorporating Ayurveda Products in Your Life
Ayurvedic herbs and spices are crucial to holistic health, according to Medical News Today's blog. Using Ayurveda products regularly can enhance your health. Note that these products prevent and promote health as well as cure ailments.
“Ayurveda is not just about nutrition or herbology, it has a unique tool for diagnosis, diagnosis of understanding the human constitution is different from person to person. Each one has a unique metabolic system.” – Maya Tiwari, an International Teacher of Ayurveda, Health Activist, Founder of the Wise Earth School of Ayurveda and Mother Om Mission

TODAY'S POSITIVE NEWS
Less waste, more benefit…
A bright future beckons for a former landfill site in Essex, England, following its transformation into a solar farm with the capacity to power 15,000 homes.
Waste company Veolia began operations on a new 59MW array in Ockenden this week.
Made up of more than 100,000 solar modules, it is the third-largest solar farm in the UK, and the biggest in Europe to be built on a disused landfill site.
ZEN STORY
SEEING & NOT SEEING
According to The Platform Sutra, Shen Hui asked the Sixth Patriarch: “When you sit in meditation, High Master, do you see or not?”
The Master hit him three times with his stick and asked: “When I hit you, does it hurt or not?”
“It both does and does not hurt.”
“I both see and do not see.”
“How can you both see and not see?”
The Master said: “What I see are the waverings and wanderings of my own mind. What I do not see is the right and wrong and the good and bad of other people. This is my seeing and not seeing.”
