1. Get plenty of sleep

4. Give a compliment
Research shows that performing acts of kindness can help you feel more satisfied.
Giving a sincere compliment is a quick, easy way to brighten someone’s day while giving your own happiness a boost.
Catch the person’s eye and say it with a smile so they know you mean it. You might be surprised by how good it makes you feel.

A new company in California has kept thousands of used battery packs from going to landfills by putting them in an energy storage facility.
Last year, BWU Storage Solutions made a million dollars by selling renewable energy stored in 1,300 used battery packs from Toyota and Honda EVs to the power grid in California.
Even though the batteries haven't been used for many years to power cars, they are still used to store extra solar and wind energy for when the sun isn't shining and the wind isn't blowing.
Over the next 10 years, millions of battery packs will need to be taken apart, recycled, or given a second use at a place like B2U so they don't end up in landfills.

Ingredients
-2 ounces of heated water
-1 teaspoon matcha powder
-1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
-1 cup whole grass-fed milk (Or raw milk if you can find a good source) You can also use coconut milk but it won't be as creamy.
-Maple syrup to taste
-1 pinch of cinnamon powder
Instructions
Add matcha and ashwagandha to a large mug. Pour in water (heated to approximately 180 degrees), and mix vigorously with a whisk until completely dissolved.
Stir in heated milk, sweeten with maple syrup to taste, and top with a pinch of cinnamon.
