Some people make you want to be closer to them, while others make you want to keep your distance. You see a depressing and violent news story, you get a heavy feeling in your gut. You see a puppy cuddling with a baby, and something warms you from the inside out.
How are you vibrating right now? How about the world? The following are 6 ways you can help raise your vibration frequency.
1. Gratitude
One of the easiest methods to raise your energy is to express gratitude. Try it right now—stop reading and look around the room. Turn your attention to what you are thankful for in this moment (there is always something). It could be your purring cat, the lovely weather, or the knowledge that you have been granted another day to live. "You can't feel fear or anger while feeling gratitude at the same time," life coach Tony Robbins once stated. Thus, try to focus on being grateful whenever you sense yourself going through a low-energy phase. Establishing a practice of gratitude will change your perspective on life as you begin to have a greater sense of spiritual awareness and appreciation for the small things in life.
2. Love
Call to mind someone who is easy to love, and hold that person in your heart. Visualize him or her sitting in front of you and notice how you feel. That's the change you're seeking for—a sensation of expansion, lightness, and enjoyment that takes over your existence. Love can lift you out of even the deepest ditches since it is one of the highest vibrating states of being (ranked fourth on the Hawkins scale of consciousness). Your vitality will begin to surge as you open your heart to love.
3. Generosity
Anytime you get stingy or greedy with anything (love, attention, money), it lowers your vibration and it feels bad. In actuality, you end up feeling the exact opposite of how you want to feel whenever you tie your enjoyment to something external to yourself. Being giving is the antidote. Give something or someone else what you would like to have more of in your life. In a bad mood? Give a little money to charity. Are you lonely? Try to put a smile on the face of a stranger. Lack sufficient time? Give your time to a good cause.
4. Breathwork and Meditation
Dr. Hawkins’ research was based on the idea that the more “true” something is, the higher its level of consciousness (or vibration). You will therefore resonate more harmoniously with the truth when you practice being present in the moment. The only truth is right now; the past and the future exist only in your imagination. In addition to calming your nervous system and elevating your mood and sense of peace, practicing mindfulness and meditation also produces these positive, high-vibe effects on your overall state of being. This spiritual practice helps to raise your vibration level fast so that you can enjoy those benefits without delay.
5. Forgiveness
According to Abraham-Hicks’ emotional guidance scale, blame is a low energy. Out of 22 emotions (arranged from highest vibration at number 1 to lowest at 22), blame is number 15. You may move up the scale and free yourself from this negative energy that can weigh you down like a bowling ball if you can work toward forgiving yourself.

One should forgive under any injury. It has been said that the continuation of the species is due to man being forgiving. Forgiving is holiness; by forgiveness, the universe is held together. Forgiveness is the might of the mighty. Forgiveness is sacrifice; forgiveness is quiet of mind. Forgiveness and gentleness are the qualities of the self-possessed. They represent eternal virtue.
6. Eat High-Vibe Food

Seated Forward Bend Pose (Paschimottanasana)
What is Seated Forward Bend Pose?
Seated forward bend pose, or paschimottanasana, stretches the spine while stimulating digestion. In this posture, the legs are outstretched and the hands clasp the feet, ankles or calves in a forward bend.
Instructions
Sit with your legs stretched in front of you and together.
Reach your arms up with an inhale to lengthen your spine.
Fold forward with an exhale.
Clasp the outsides of your feet, ankles or calves, depending on your flexibility.
Relax your head so that it's in line with your spine.
Breathe while you hold the pose.
