Tapping has been shown to help with problems like PTSD, anxiety, depression, weight loss, phobias, and sleep, among others. It also has no side effects and is relatively inexpensive. In contrast to their research counterparts who tried a variety of other psychotherapy techniques, such as talk therapy and CBT, both of which had a less significant effect on their mental health, participants showed significant improvement in all of these areas, according to a study published in the Review of General Psychology.
