Salabhasana (Grasshopper pose)

The back and core muscles are stretched and strengthened in Salabhasana, increasing spinal mobility. Lay flat on your stomach, hands by your side, palms down, feet together. Extend your feet back and rotate your inner thighs. Slowly raise your legs, chest, and hands off the mat. It opens up the chest, which can help you stand up straighter and prevent slouching.
